Jeff Hanan allows a spectator to fire up his custom-made mini Tee Bucket. The vehicle sports a lawn mower engine, fiberglass body parts, and bicycle front wheels and tires. Jeff, a Technology Instructor, designed and built the cool ride for his son David.
