Creation Tour
The Seven Wonders
Creation Museum gave the ARC members
an all day tour of Mt. St. Helens and explained how the eruptions
of 1980 have helped science prove the creation story.
- Starting
Details - Appropriately, the tour started with tour guide Lloyd
leading out in prayer.
- Covered Cabin - The mud
flow from the eruption filled in the bottom half of this A-Framed
cabin, even though the cabin was many about 20 miles away from
the mountain.
- Big Foot - This statue
demonstrates the size of what some believe to be the Sasquatch.
- Entry Bridge - The federal
government traded timber lands with timber companies to allow
tourists and scientists access to the mountain. This bridge is
the official entry to the blast zone.
- Glass
Blowing - These artists demonstrated how they made glass items
using a mix of Mt. St. Helens ash from the 1980 eruptions.
- The Lineup
of Cool Cars - Some of the ARC cars lined up for a phoo at 3400 foot
elevation.
- Up
Close and Personal - Our tour guide, Lloyd explained how
Spirit Lake research has demostrated the of the errors of the
theory of evoltion.
- Up Front View - ARC members
watched a movie about the erruptions of 1980 of Mt. St. Helens.
- The Blast - The movie
showed footage of the eruption.
