This neighborhood electric vehicle seats two up front and two facing backward in the "rumble seat". It is street legal with headlights, taillights, turn signals, brake lights, and four-way flashers. The 48 volt Trogan battery system offers a top speed of 21 to 25 mph! The built-in, onboard charging system is maintained by simply plugging in with an extension cord. Includes two locking glove boxes and a remote latched "under the hood" storage area.
