Jeff Hanan doing what he likes to do best....?
Jeff and Bernie Hanan's 1934 Chev Sedan. Jeff bought this car when he was 16 or 17 years old....that's a REAL LONG TIME AGO!!! He worked on the car until it was completed about when he graduated from college in about 1977. During his dozen or so years of teaching shop at Milo Adventist Academy, the car would often be seen hammering on the twisty roads of the area.
When he proposed to his to be wife Bernie, she said yes on the condition that the car was hers! Yes that's the kind of wife Jeff, the car guy, needed, someone who would understand him and share his passion for rods. Unfortunately, he totaled the car out avoiding running over a kid on a bicycle. We the everpresent patience and persistence of his wife, Bernie, Jeff has nursed he car back to life, reborn with a big block under the hood. The car changes personality semiannually from full fendered to highboy.
Its a one of a kind going machine!
