Leiske's 1935 Plymouth Coupe has been in the family since it was purchased in the mid 1970s by Ernie Semotiuk (a Leiske family member). The car was first worked on by Ernie for several years, then Donn Leiske's vocational students at Wishkah High School worked on the project over a decade. Many improvements were added such as Ford V-8 engine, four speed transmission, 9 inch Ford rear, Mustang II independent front suspension, tilting/telescoping steering column, reclining power pucket seats, shaved door knobs and electrically opening rumble seat.
